Planning a trip to Goa ?? Know when the casinos will resume.
The prohibition on spas, massage parlours, river cruises, electronic dance music, and nightclubs will remain in place.
New Delhi: The Goa government declared on Saturday (September 18, 2021) that casinos would reopen on Monday, subject to rigorous COVID-19 rules being followed. The decision, which was made during a Task Force Committee meeting led by Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, might possibly be aimed at boosting the tourist sector. However, the prohibition on spas, massage parlours, river cruises, electronic dance music, and nightclubs will remain in place.
Because the optimism rate is below 2%, Sawant believes the state should begin economic activities, particularly those connected to tourism.
